We offer free delivery worldwide on all offered items.All items are dispatched by insured airmail and the shipping & handling charges are already included in all prices.
This part of terms and conditions is only valid for items purchased at this store.If you purchased our items elsewhere there may be shipping and handling fees.

VI. SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES
We offer free delivery on all items.
These fees are only valid for items purchased in this store.If you should have purchased our items elsewhere (online auctions etc.) there may be other shipping and handling fees.
VII. RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days if the order has not been shipped.If the order has already been shipped you must return all items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.
You have the right to return purchased item(s) within 14 days of receipt.
The item(s) you return must be in their original condition.
VIII. GUARANTEE AND REFUND
If the item(s) should not have arrived within 30 days after we have received your payment.Please contact us and the problem will be resolved.
IX. UNCLAIMED PACKAGES / WRONG ADDRESSES
All items are sent by insured airmail and the customer will have to sign for the receipt of the package.If the customer is not at home to sign,it is their responsibility to contact their post service and arrange collection/redelivery.
All items are sent to the shipping address provided by the customer.It is customer's responsibility to provide us a valid shipping address.
X. AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS / OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We reserve the right to refund the money for an item instead of delivering it,especially if the item is out of stock,out of print or is not available for a longer period of time for any other reason.In such a case the customer will be informed and the money will immediately be refunded or the customer can , if they wish , buy another item instead.
XI. SECURITY
We reserve the right to reject a credit card payment from any customer.Specifically we will reject a credit card payment if we have a reason to believe that the money could originate from fraudulent activities (e.g. stolen credit card).
Furthermore we reserve the right to reject a credit card payment if the purchase amount seems to be unreasonably high comparing to the average.In such a case we will reject credit card payment and insist on a direct payment to one of our bank accounts , otherwise we would have to cancel the transaction.
This policy also applies to all PayPal payments since we regard all PayPal payments as credit card payments.
We will not accept any order in which the billing address and the shipping address are not in the same country.Unless the payment is made by bank transfer in advance.
We may also insist on shipping to the billing address only if we consider the amount of purchase as high.
Furthermore we reserve the right to refuse delivery to specific countries which we consider as high risk countries. If the billing and/or shipping address should be in one of these countries we reserve the right to only process the transaction if payment is made by bank transfer in advance.Otherwise we would cancel the transaction.
We also reserve the right to cancel any transaction if we have a reason to believe that our company could suffer a damage from this transaction.If this should happen we will immediately refund all payments that may have been made to us.
